Rock river makes good stuff, but I would also consider building your own. Alot more fun and you can build it your way.

Rock River is good. But I'm with Guns nothing like building your own AR. You get to choose all the parts. Most important barrel and trigger. I've built myself some 8 or 9 AR's in different calibers. Nice knowing it's your own creation.

Rock River makes a great product. A hillbilly gun store owner/gunsmith that I know told me he would rather pay $2K for a $1K valued Rock River than pay $1K for a Colt valued at $2K. That really broke it down for me. I have 2 and have had zero issues.
